Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to any UK address. We're not currently able to ship outside the UK.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is £3.95 on orders under £75. Orders of £75 or more are delivered free.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3–5 working days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details when your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on this page. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email returns@earthlings.online. Return postage is at your cost, but if we confirm the item is faulty, we'll reimburse that cost in full.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email returns@earthlings.online with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out.
The Products
What is the Earthlings Everyday Adventure System?
It's a modular stainless steel food system designed for school lunches, outdoor days, and everything in between. The products are designed to work together — lunchboxes, snack pots, and cutlery that stack, nest, and pack efficiently — so families can build a system that fits how they actually eat and move.
What are the products made from?
The lunchboxes, snack pots, and cutlery case are made from 304 food-grade stainless steel. The seals are food-grade silicone, removable without tools. The spork is titanium. No coatings, no inks — logos are laser-etched directly into the steel.
Are the products safe for children?
Yes. All products have been independently tested for food contact safety. The stainless steel and silicone components meet UK and European food safety standards, including REACH chemical safety requirements. Full compliance information is available on each product page.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
Yes. All lunchboxes, snack pots, and cutlery are dishwasher safe. We recommend removing the silicone seals before washing to help them last longer.
Can the products go in the microwave?
No. Like all stainless steel containers, they should never be used in a microwave.
What ages are the products suitable for?
The system is designed to grow with children — from nursery through secondary school and beyond. The lunchboxes and snack pots are sized for children's portions but practical for adults too. The products are designed to support independence, so children can open, close, and pack them themselves.
Will food taste metallic?
No. Food-grade 304 stainless steel is non-reactive and won't affect the flavour of your food. It also won't absorb odours or flavours from previous meals.
Why stainless steel?
Stainless steel is durable, non-reactive, and completely food safe. It won't crack, stain, warp, or need replacing every couple of years. It's also widely recyclable at end of life. We chose it because we wanted products that last long enough to be handed down, not replaced.

What is the Founding Families programme?
Founding Families are the people who signed up to our waitlist before we launched. As a thank-you for your early support, you'll receive an email 48 hours before we open to the public — with a discount code for £10 off any bundle, valid for 30 days from our launch date.
When will I receive my Founding Families email?
We'll send it directly to the email address you used to sign up, 48 hours before the first run goes on sale publicly. You won't need to do anything — just keep an eye on your inbox. If you don't see it, check your junk folder.
Can I still sign up to Founding Families?
Yes — the list is open until we launch. Sign up on the Founding Families page and you'll receive your early access email and discount code when the first run is ready.
When will the first run be available?
We're in production now. We'd rather contact you when we're certain than give you a date we can't keep. Founding Families will be the first to know.
About Earthlings
Who are Earthlings?
Earthlings is a UK brand making stainless steel food systems for families. We were founded by parents who got tired of replacing kit that broke too quickly. Everything we make is designed to last long enough to matter, and to be recoverable when it's eventually done.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in China. Our factory has been independently audited for social and labour standards by SGS under the amfori BSCI framework.
We chose our manufacturer because of their quality management standards and material traceability — not because it was the cheapest option available.
